About Finding Purpose: Proving You’re More Than Just Your Condition

Today we will implement coping techniques that will help you see beyond the limitations of your health. There are practical ways to separate the condition you have from the person you are – and through that, you can begin to find purpose in your life again.

Your health probably changed everything about the way you live. But it still does not mean that your illness defines you. You are more than just a bunch of medical problems. You’re a human being that deserves to feel fulfilled emotionally, mentally, physically, and socially.

I’m going to show you that by being humble, thinking of others, and focusing on your passions to build a value-based life – you will find your purpose. These lessons are designed to fuel your drive in a healthy way and prove to yourself that you are worthy of more.

This guide is part 6 of the "7 Days to Happiness" programme. If you have not enrolled in the programme, you can do so here: simply click here to enrol now.
